• Updated 6 Months Bank Statement or Pass Book Copy
• Latest Electricity Bill Copy if staying in Own House
• Previous & Present Loan Details (bank, loan amount, EMI)
• Permanent Address with Land Mark and Contact Number If Staying in Rented / Leased / Company Provided House
• Two Local References with their Name, Residence Address and Contact Number
• Self Attestation on all copies along with on front side photo
• RC Copy and Insurance Policy Copy

Self Employed.

• 1 Photo, ID, Residence Address, Date of Birth Proof
• Latest 2 Years IT Returns with P&L Account and Balance Sheet
• Updated 6 Months Bank Statement or Pass Book Copy
• Business Proof (VAT or Regn Certificate Copy)
• Latest Electricity Bill Copy if staying in Own House
• Previous & Present Loan Details (bank, loan amount, EMI)
• Permanent Address with Land Mark and Contact Number If Staying in Rented / Leased / Company Provided House
• Two Local References with their Name, Residence Address and Contact Number
